Have worked and directed projects in more than 12 Countries, and consulted companies and organizations in a variety of industries. Have travelled extensively covering different geographical areas.

Participated in more than 30 consulting engagements in many industries.

On the Knowledge Management area, participated actively in varied projects, with the definition, architecture and implementation of corporative systems, and also the analysis of alternative selections of hardware/software for its implementation.

Has collaborated in several occasions in the platform definitions of Internet Services and E-Commerce, and he also did marketing and financial studies about publicity fairs for the Web, Financial sector, Public Health area and private entities.

In the Knowledge and Documental Managements and the Portals, has been invited as a lecturer in different international seminars, in both America and Europe, and has published several articles about his line on important technological and economy magazines.

Dictated several seminars for the Costa Rican Lawyer’s College (Colegio de Abogados) about Digital Economy, and Legal and Justice services loan by electronic means. A customary lecturer in Electronic Government seminars.
