Scope of services:

• Design, produce and register Articles of Incorporation
• translation to English of the Articles of Incorporation
• Obtain extract from the Public Registry with registration information and company representation that serves as certificate of incumbency, certificate of good standing and/or certificate of incorporation
• translation to English of the Extract
• Produce Share certificates
• Obtain and register before tax authority the legal books of the corp. and produce copies of first annotations 

Plus:

• Produce necessary documentation for opening of bank account
   
  Requirements:   From the 2 share holders, Board members and statutory comptroller:
• Copy of the passport
• Signed letter of acceptance of appointment
• Filled in and signed Incorporation application (attached)
• Copy of the passport (original should be presented at the Bank for authorization in the account if not using nominee Director)
• Type of business and prove of origin of funds (from share holders/owners of corp.)
• 2 Bank references from share holders from International First Order Banks
• 2 personal/commercial references (1 can be provided by our firm)
• Initial deposit of $1000 (remains in your corps. Account)
